- Sale & Marketing,
o Deliver sales target assigned by the management
o Manage, motivate, train, develop and coach sales team
o Evaluate and identify sales performance of the team and explore opportunity to maximize business outcome.
o Follow up and update sales status
o Observe competitor’s products and activities and consolidate and send the report to management
o Key in customer information and requirement in sales pipeline
o Prepare daily and weekly sales report to the management
o Participate in sales promotion activities
o Manage, motivate, train, develop and coach sales team
o Evaluate and identify sales performance of the team and explore opportunity to maximize business outcome.

o At least 3 years of business to business sales experience in IT industry

o Good communications and ability to sell IT products
o Ability to manage, train and motivate sales team
o Be open for travelling and field works
o Good written and spoken English, or other languages: Chinese/Vietnamese is preferable
o Honesty, hard-working and result-oriented
o Friendly and outgoing
o Well-presented and attractive personality
o At least 3 years of business to business sales experience in IT industry
o At least 2 year of experience in sales supervisory position
o Good communications and ability to sell IT products
o Ability to manage, train and motivate sales team
